ORIGIN AND TERROIR

The grapes originate from vineyards surrounding our estate. The combination of sunny days and cool nights gives the wine its lively freshness and delicate fruit. The mineral-rich soils of gravel and weathered rock, along with the influence of the Danube, shape its clear and invigorating character.

VINIFICATION

The grapes for this non-alcoholic sparkling wine were selectively harvested at optimal ripeness and quickly processed into a fruit-forward verjus. The verjus was carbonated in a pressurized tank before being bottled under counter-pressure. The result is a lively, aromatic sparkling wine with no alcohol—fresh and crisp, with delicate bubbles.

TASTING NOTES

Aromatic and sparkling—completely alcohol-free. A fruit-forward sparkling wine made from hand-selected grapes from the high-altitude vineyards around our estate, with notes of elderflower, apple, and citrus. Fine bubbles and lively freshness create a playful, effortless drinking experience.
