ORIGIN AND TERROIR

The grapes originate from vineyards surrounding our estate. The combination of sunny days and cool nights gives the wine its lively freshness and delicate fruit. The mineral-rich soils of gravel and weathered rock, along with the influence of the Danube, shape its clear and invigorating character.

VINIFICATION

For this sparkling wine, the grapes were carefully selected and pressed into a fruit-forward base wine. The wine was then carbonated in a pressurized tank before being bottled under counter-pressure. The result is a fresh, aromatic sparkling wine with lively bubbles—perfect for relaxed, joyful moments.

TASTING NOTES

Light yellow with a fine, delicate mousse. Fresh aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus unfold on the palate in a lively, juicy style, lifted by vibrant acidity. An elegant, easy-drinking sparkling wine for any occasion.

Food and Drink Recommendations

Best served well chilled at 6–8 °C. Perfect as an aperitif, with light starters, seafood, salads, or fresh cheese platters. Equally enjoyable on its own, this sparkling wine is a refreshing companion for carefree moments and festive occasions.
