Think big – and go all in. Leopold never does things halfway. Over the past decades, he’s steadily grown our winery, and even today, he’s already planning the next step. Standing still? Not an option. That’s why he still personally looks after many of our customers in Austria. Because a handshake is a handshake – and Leopold’s is one you never forget.

Legend has it he knows every vine by name. Maybe not literally, but he does manage our vineyards and nursery with remarkable calm and focus. His motto? Everything works out — and he’s always front and center when it’s time for the Heuriger

She’s the heart of our winery: finance expert, hub, and mother figure to the team. Everyone feels at home, everyone feels part of the family – thanks to Martha.”

The smiling faces at the team lunch: that’s all thanks to Verena, who is also in charge of our Heurigen kitchen. Crispy roast pork, freshly baked bread – Verena has everything under control. In summer, she adds more than just a few apricots. And when she’s not canning and pickling, she also takes care of the team as a trained nurse.

From Düsseldorf to Paris to Tokyo, she shares not just our wines, but the story of Kremstal and Austrian wine. Wine knows no borders – and neither does Diana. At the winery, she moves between the office and cellar, working toward becoming a certified wine scholar. Always thinking outside the bottle!

He runs the cellar, overseeing everything from stainless steel tanks to oak barrels of every size. Precision is his thing — he’s constantly refining, adjusting, and pushing for the next level of quality. Free time? Rare. There are always new ideas waiting to be brought to life. Looks like the entrepreneurial spirit runs in the family.

You’ll find him out in the vineyards. Always. And yes, we mean always. Laurenz has a natural instinct for plants and living things — he just knows what they need and when they need it. And off he goes, usually high up in the driver’s seat. Because alongside the vines, there’s another great love in his life: powerful tractors.

As the youngest of four, she moves through the winery world with her smartphone in hand, sharing updates instantly on social media. Always calm, always ready to step in wherever she’s needed.

From the kitchen to the vineyard to the kids’ room, she’s always right in the middle of the action. School? Sure. But the winery’s more exciting. Right in the middle of the action Oh, and yes: there’s school too! But the winery is way more fun.

Right alongside her sister Fernanda, she’s everywhere: in the vineyard with her dad, in the Heuriger kitchen with her mom, and sometimes serving plates straight to our guests.

After being founded by Leopold’s parents, they laid the foundation for our winery and vine nursery – a foundation that continues to this day. Gertrude’s strudel is simply the best. And every winery needs a grandmother for everyone – a guiding spirit, you could say. Meanwhile, Leopold senior remains the toughest wine critic at Weingut Müller. Once a winemaker, always a winemaker. And that’s a good thing.
