Right of Withdrawal Notice

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal Notice

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the Right of Withdrawal Notice. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to businesses.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason..

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Weingut Müller GmbH, Hollenburgerstraße 12, A-3508 Krustetten, Fax +43 2739 2691 14, or email info@weingutmueller.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
