COLLAGE IN ROT
A cuvée of Zweigelt, Sankt Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch, and more -
different vintages and aging styles come together to form a harmonious whole. Always fruity and vibrant.
Vinification
The grapes for collage in Rot were harvested in October. In the cellar, the grape material was destemmed and a classical mash-fermentation started. Several days later and after fermentation, the wine was pressed. The wine was introduced to a malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes
Medium ruby, fresh raspberry and sour cherry aroma in the nose and continuous with a crisp beery fruit flavor on the palate, perfect balance of fruit and precious wood, trendy and modern.
Drink and Meal Recommendation
This wine is a well accompaniment to beef and pork roasts. It also well compliments hearty cheeses. Moreover, it is also perfect to serve by the glass.
