For the vinification of our fruity & variety-typical white and red wines, we are passionate about the philosophy of sustainable working processes in the cellar.
We have designed our cellar to be best suitable for our sustainable way of working. It is built 50% in the hillside on 3 floors so that we can use the earth’s natural temperature regulation as well as gravity for the processing of our grapes. We also use our own spring water for all the work in the wine cellar, where we pay particular attention to gentle methods of vinification.
Certainly the quality cannot be compromised and so we strive year after year to produce fine wines with clear fruit and drinking pleasure! Our consistency has been rewarded by a multitude of Austrian and international awards, among others 28 wines in the Salon Österreich Wein, and great positive feedback from our customers.
