For the vinification of our fruity & variety-typical white and red wines, we are passionate about the philosophy of sustainable working processes in the cellar.
We have designed our winery to be the most suitable for our sustainable way of working. It is built 50% into the hillside and extends over 3 floors, allowing us to use the natural temperature regulation of the earth and gravity to process our grapes. We also use our own spring water for all operations in the wine cellar, where we pay special attention to gentle winemaking methods.
No compromises can be made on quality and so we strive year after year to produce fine wines with clear fruit and drinking pleasure! Our consistency is rewarded by a large number of Austrian and international awards, including 28 wines in the Salon Austria Wine, and much positive feedback from our customers.
