In July of 2006 the construction of our new three story wine cellar commenced.

The following year’s vintage was the first one to be processed in this high tech/high efficient facility.

Grapes are delivered to the top floor where they are destemed and squeezed. The unique construction of this state of the art facility that is built into the flowing hills of the Danube valley allows gravity to feed the juice gingerly down into temperature-steered tanks for fermentation.

We believe in the delicate nature of the grape juice and no pump will ever get in contact with the juice from squeezing all the way through fermentation. Again providing an excellent foundation for world class wines.
